LET THE CHURCH BURN is about what happens when an institution built to preach salvation becomes it's own monument to control, shame, fear, and obedience. Not a call for arson - but a refusal to mourn the natural collapse of systems that have harmed society at large - all the while demanding reverence in return.
The front depicts a derelict cathedral swallowed by in flames beneath title: LET THE CHURCH BURN, rendered in BLVCK’s vicious black-metal typography. The monochromatic, scorched aesthetic makes the entire design feel less like a graphic and more like the final photograph of something that has already, long ago, lost its authority.
The back carries the BLVCK Sigil design in stark bone-white: thorned, hostile, and unmistakable against black.
Let the dogma burn.
Let the shame burn.
Let the fear burn.
Let whatever remains belong to us.
